National television establishment (EPTV)

Sovereignty over the National Television Establishment was initiated on October 28, 1962. It underwent several transformations: first into the Radio and Television Broadcasting Establishment, then into the Radio and Television Establishment, until the issuance of Decree No. 86-146 on July 1, 1986, which officially founded the National Television Establishment. Later, by Decree No. 91-100 dated April 20, 1991, the entity was transformed into the Public Television Establishment with an industrial and commercial nature, located at 21 Boulevard des Martyrs. It undertakes the task of public service, and is entrusted with the following tasks: (Article 5 of Executive Decree No. 91-100 of 5 Shawwal 1411 corresponding to April 20, 1991).
