Public Broadcasting Establishment of Algeria

Under Decree No. 86-148 dated 24 Shawwal 1406, corresponding to July 1, 1986, following the restructuring of the Algerian Radio and Television Establishment (ART), the National Broadcasting Establishment was created as an economic company with a social and cultural nature, Subsequently, its name and legal status were changed under Executive Decree No. 91-98 dated April 20, 1991, to the Public Institution for Radio and Television Broadcasting, characterized by its industrial and commercial nature, enjoying legal personality and financial independence. The tasks of the establishment, in particular, are as follows: Article 5 of Executive Decree No. 91-98 dated 5 Shawwal 1411, corresponding to April 20, 1991.
