"Tawali" is an electronic newspaper published by Tawali Limited Liability Company. The name refers to the Algerian proverb "the news is brought by those who survive the battle." It means that news comes from those who have managed to survive. However, we tried to extract it from the context of sadness surrounding it, aided by the words of the poet Amin Khan: "Here is a truth delayed by the slowness of time."
